“Levi!”
The door slammed before you could reach him. Biting your lip and resting your forehead and a hand against his door, you opt for trying to get through to him with your words instead.
“Please don’t shut me out…”
I love you.
“Where is she?” Levi demands, shoving past Hanji as he storms down the hall, making his way towards the nurse’s office. Hanji grabs him, and it takes all her strength just to pull him around.
“What is it, Shitty Glasses!” he snaps, making to move again, but a tug and the look in her eye stops him.
“You shouldn’t- She isn’t…”
He doesn’t wait to hear the rest of it. As pissed as he was with you the past couple of days, the thought of you hurt was enough to push aside those feelings as of now. And he needed to see you. He had to know that you were okay.
“[First] what are you-” he cuts himself off when he sees you slightly jump as a result of his slamming the door open. You turn to face him, [e/c] orbs widened in what seemed to be fear.
“Levi.”
It’s not your voice he hears, but Hanji’s. She’s standing in the doorway, looking frantically between you and him.
“You need to get out of here,” Hanji says to him as she moves past him to take a hold of your shoulder. “And you should still be resting, [First].”
“Wait.”
It was as though he hadn’t heard your voice in years. It was as though he hadn’t looked at you in years. So when your voice reached his ears and when you made eye contact with him, he feels his heart skip a beat.
Something doesn’t feel right.
“Who are you?”
“You’re awake! Oh thank the heavens; I’m so glad you’re safe, [First]!” Hanji’s breath of relief came with a bone-crushing hug that had you fighting to push her away.
“Hanji!”
“O-oh, sorry, hehe,” the eccentric brunette chuckled nervously as she released her hold on you. “I thought you were a goner back there! If anything bad had happened to you, Levi would surely have my head!”
Instead of twinkling laughter, Hanji watched as your brows furrowed.
Oh…they must still be arguing, Hanji thought, Perhaps I shouldn’t have brought it up?
“Levi,” you test the name on your tongue and look back at Hanji. “Who is Levi?”
Levi paled as Hanji finished her story. The brunette smiled sympathetically at him, brushing a couple of [h/c] strands from your face. You stirred, but didn’t wake, instead snuggling further into your comfort of blankets and pillows.
“She did come to me after you shut her out, you know. I suppose her wanting to forget about the incident between you two and the accident following after caused her to forget you all together.”
“She’ll never remember then,” his voice almost came as a whisper, much to Hanji’s surprise. “It will be as though we’d never met.”
“Levi, don’t say that-”
“What the hell do you expect me to say then?” Levi gave off a murderous glare, “She fucking forgot me, Hanji. She willingly erased me from her memories. She let me go. All of that just because of a shitty argument. I wouldn’t be surprised if she got into that accident on purpose. Perhaps it would have been better if she’d just died.”
“Levi!”
He ignored her, chuckling darkly. “You know what, maybe it is better this way. Maybe this do-over is what [First] and I both needed.” He closed his eyes, suddenly looking tired. Hanji looked at him warily. “She’s lucky, you know? I only wish it was me who forgot, not her.”

Nightfall - 20 [Levi x Reader]
(Manga spoilers, swearing. Note: While the treatments alluded to here are real, they are not recommended in a world with modern medicine. Besides, they’re gross.)
You toss and turn, but you can’t find comfort. The wet cloth on your head isn’t cool anymore, and the rivulets of cold water have become warm teardrops. You try to lie on your left side, but someone blocks you, their hands keeping you from rolling over.
“Sorry, Captain,” a light, stern voice says. “You can’t lie on your side.”
Frustrated, you roll back, but now new hands are stopping you from lying on your right side.

A Stolid Love {Levi x Reader}
He was a constant thought of hers.
She would gaze up at the ceiling when night came around and think about him. She would ponder about what he had seen, what he had witnessed.
She allowed her mind to wonder about how he pulled through it all. How did he always manage to wear a face so stoic?
The only thing that expressed his hardships were the circles that rimmed his bottom lids. But they spoke few words. They only murmured about sleepless nights.
If he had those nights often, what did he think about? Would emotion cross over him when no one was looking?
Thoughts like these would make others laugh at {Name}. “He is a heartless pers

Well-Placed Humour [Levi | Cadet! Reader]
You smiled up at the friendly faces around your table, wishing times of peace such as this one could remain. Despite the inward happiness you felt, something kept prodding at the back of your mind. Your gaze strayed towards the doors of the mess hall.
Corporal Levi Ackerman had left through them half an hour ago and dinner was barely nearing its end at the current moment. Your eyebrows had immediately furrowed upon seeing him stand and make his way to the exit but your lips had left no words slip by at the action. He hadn't once glanced back at the occupants on the mess hall, choosing to simply leave as the door's loud creak announced his in
